AI Technology Partners, Inc. (“AITP” or “we”) provides consulting services focused on enabling clients to integrate and leverage generative AI technologies in their businesses. This Privacy Policy outlines our general privacy and security practices concerning personally identifiable information (“personal information”) received from clients during the course of our work. In cases where there is a conflict between this policy and a client contract, the client contract will prevail. Please note, this policy does not cover how personal data is collected and processed by our clients who obtain personal information directly from consumers. Consumers should refer to the privacy policies of the entities with whom they share their data directly. AITP adheres to this Privacy Policy across its operations in the United States.

Nature of Data Received and Forms of Collection

Through Business Interactions and Engagements:  As part of our services, we may receive personal information from our clients, such as contact details, necessary for communication, project management, and delivery of services.

Through Contractual Agreements: We collect and store contact information and other relevant details about entities we work with for business purposes, including for the management of contracts, billing, and communications.

Through Access to Public Databases and Resources: We may access publicly available information as part of research or to assist in our service delivery, but we do not guarantee its accuracy or control its presence online. AITP does not collect personal information through the use of cookies or other website tracking technologies.

Use of Data Received
AITP processes personal information received from its clients for the following purposes: To manage and execute consulting engagements; To communicate with clients about projects, billing, and service delivery; To comply with legal obligations; To improve and personalize our consulting services.

The retention period for personal information is defined by our contracts with clients and may vary based on the type of engagement. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was provided, or as required by law.

AITP does not share personal data with third parties except in the following limited situations:
